Ejatu Barrie was born and schooled in Sierra Leone, and is a single mother with one son. For more than one and a half decade, Ejatu has been a movie producer, Actress, and philanthropist. The actress has been entertaining the audience with her unique brand of talent. Ejatu Barrie has appeared in a myriad of movies over the years, many of which have been some of the most popular and loved in the history of the entertainment industry in Sierra Leone and the neighboring countries.

Her guest role in the 2012 Blockbuster movie “DEEP IN THE GAME 2” and played the role of the antagonist in another blockbuster movie “CITY FLIES WANTED”. Ejatu Barrie was a feature and role in many other movies that year. After those incredible movies of the actress, fame, and money made the actress’ name become a household name in Sierra Leone. In the year 2013, the actress became the viewer’s choice. Ejatu Barrie produced and played roles in movies like “BEHIND BARS”, HEART OF FORGIVENESS 1&2″. In 2014/2015 the actress was booked and played roles in the Nigeria Nollywood movies like” BAD SAMARITAN”, “WAR TARGET 1&2″, “JANE RAMBO 1&2″, and many more.

In 2016/2017 Ejatu Barrie decided to give acting a break and invest in human capital by empowering others. The movie star became a manager for the winner of the Big Sister, reality TV show 2016, Haja Mariama Kamara aka China Nicky. Having acted in Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Liberia, in 2019 the movie star relocated to the United States of America for advance film studies.

Ejatu Barrie likes being at home when she is not acting, and enjoys reading novels and watching television. She loves homemade food, and listening more than talking, and is a quiet type, but sometimes like listening and dancing to Indian music.
