SLeSCA Calls for Seed Actors to Renew Their Licenses

The Sierra Leone Seed Certification Agency (SLeSCA), is calling for renewal of licenses for all Seed Actors of all categories – Growers, Value-addition, Vendors, Importers etc. commencing Monday 4th December 2023 to end on 31st December 2023. Applicants for renewal  should do so in writing and addressed to the Confidential Secretary, SLeSCA,  Tower Hill, Freetown. Take note to bring along current business registration  documents and copies of expired licenses of the previous year (s). Please note that there will be a penalty for applications for renewal beyond the stipulated date.

NEW APPLICANTS FOR SEED LICENSES

For first time applicants requesting new Licences, Seed Actors of all categories should apply in writing to the Confidential Secretary, SLeSCA for the Attention of the Licensing Committee. They will be required to provide all the necessary business registration documents, a completed SLeSCA application/criteria form and a fee for facility inspection. Note that this facility is open all year round, however taking note that the earlier the better as eaa Seed licenses expires on 31 December each year.
