NASSIT Commemorates 21st Annual Thanksgiving Ceremony

As they place the Almighty God at the center of their activities, members of the National Social Security and Insurance Trust on Sunday 21st January 2024, have held their 21st Annual Thanksgiving Service at the New Life Ministries International Miracle City, Ross Road in Freetown.
Declaration of purpose, the Deputy Director General of NASSIT, Mr. Mohamed Gondoe thanked the Almighty God for leading them in their daily work. He further thanked the General Overseer and Pastors of the New Life Ministries International for accommodating them. He further told the congregation that, they are excited to join them in serving the Almighty God.
He furthered said that NASSIT is an institution that provides social protection for the people of Sierra Leone. He asked the congregation to pray for them for God’s hand to continue to direct and lead them in their daily work.
Also, the Director General of NASSIT, Mr. Mohamed Fuaad Daboh thanked the new Life Ministers International for welcoming them. He said that NASSIT has been in active service for twenty-one years in helping the people of Sierra Leone. Mr. Daaboh further told the gathering that they are faced with challenge in term of compliance with the scheme by owners of institutions. He noted that the Scheme is compulsory for all workers.
On his keynote address, the General overseer of the New Life Ministers International, Bishop J. Archibald Cole commended the management of NASSIT for seeking the face of the Almighty God. He added that, to hold thanksgiving to the Almighty God is scriptural and it is always appropriate to offer thanksgiving to God. He further admonished the management to carry out their duties with diligent and put God first in whatever they do.
