TAKE NOTICE THAT R & R WOODWORKS COMPANY (SL) LIMITED HAS THIS DAY APPOINTED JOSIANE MEDWAR AS LIQUIDATOR FOR ITS WINDING UP PURSUANT TO THE RESOLUTION HEREIN BELOW:

RESOLUTION OF THE DIRECTORS OF R & R WOODWORKS COMPANY (SL) LIMITED
Written resolution of the Directors of the above-named company passed on the 1st April 2023 and made pursuant to the company articles of association which said resolution shall be as valid and effective as if the same has been passed at a meeting of the directors of the company duly convened.
WHEREAS it was noted that there has been winding up resolution by the shareholders of R & R Woodworks Company (SL) Limited and a need to appoint a liquidator in respect of the said winding up.
BE IT RESOLVE THAT:
- Josiane Medawar been appointed as liquidator in the winding up process of the company
- That the company secretary be authorities to make the necessary filling with the statutory authorities.
