Caught Red-handed In Homosexuality… Police Declares Hassan Marah Wanted
Reports reaching this medium from the hillside community of Old School, Hill Station, reveal that one Hassan Marah is being sought after and now declared wanted by the police on charges of practicing homosexuality.
According to sources, Hassan Marah was caught red-handed having sex with his male partner in their home at No.80 Back Of Old School, Hill Station in Freetown by a family member on Monday 7th October, 2025. It was disclosed that one of his sisters left her mobile phone for charging in Hassan Marah’s room, and after some hours, while deciding to visit her friend in town, she went to collect her phone and upon entering the house, heard groaning coming from the living room. Entering the parlor she was shocked to see Hassan Marah and one of his male friends stark naked having sex. She is said to have raised an alarm which brought area youths rushing into the house. Hassan Marah and his partner are said to have jumped out of the house through a window in his room into the densely populated area and disappeared, pursued by angry youths.
Community residents confirmed that both Hassan Marah and his partner were caught in the act, but escaped capture by the youths. They described this act as demonic and a desecration of the sanctity of both the Marah family and the community. Both Islamic and Christian leaders in the community and in the nation frown at such acts. In traditional setting, such suspects are captured and taken into the bush for cleansing ( the term used to eliminate them via elaborate rituals).
Police sources at Akon Police Station at Hill Station confirmed getting report from the community and from a family member about the issue. They furthered that suspected gay youths believed to be holding a session in the community were in police custody, but they failed to arrest Hassan Marah and his partner. The police maintained that a warrant for their arrest has been issued and both men are now wanted.
The public has been alerted to provide any information that will lead to their arrest. As we go to press the whereabouts of Hassan Marah are still unknown, and the police and community people are now looking for him.
